  • Couples
  • Family Dyads (Parent-child units/sibling units who are over the age of 18)

She utilises varied theoretical lenses, psychoeducational material, reflection, and sometimes creative approaches to help clients find greater clarity on their concerns, build self-awareness, and strengthen or develop new coping mechanisms.

Fazila has a strong awareness and knowledge of attachment trauma and complex trauma which guides her work. She also has interest in the lived experience of families living with children with additional support needs as well as relationships affected by additional support needs and this is also something that informs her work.
