Offering 4 fully equipped counselling and therapy rooms in a beautiful, traditional town house.
A distinctive, self-contained therapy space providing a unique atmosphere.
A modern space in a renovated old mill with ample free parking and disabled access by lift.
Our rooms are designed with both therapists and clients in mind. They suit one-to-one or couples therapy, and can also accommodate work with children and young people. Each room is fully equipped for face-to-face and online sessions, creating a safe, supportive, and professional environment.
We provide calming, professional spaces for bodywork therapies, offering a comfortable and secure setting for treatments.
All rooms are equipped with secure entry systems and intercoms for added safety and convenience.
All therapists are able to access the room booking system.
A small kitchen is available for use by visitors and staff.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms to ensure seamless connectivity.
A comfortable waiting area for clients or guests.
A well-maintained bathroom for visitor use.
Onsite parking is available at The Snug and Abbey Mill. Convenient nearby parking is available at Carment Drive
Our minimum requirement is a six-hour weekly block. Further ad hoc hours, subject to availability, can be taken on top if required.
This gives you dedicated time at the centre and the opportunity to work with other therapists in a safe and positive environment.

Our centres provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for both clients and therapists. We are committed to creating spaces that are inclusive and respectful of all individuals. Rooms are spacious and well ventilated.
We maintain high standards of cleanliness, with regular cleaning throughout the centres. Handwashing facilities and hygiene supplies are available.
We can accommodate requests around seating arrangements or additional space where needed.
