She blends classic CBT with a Compassion Focussed Therapy ethos. If you are prone to strong feelings of guilt or shame, Compassionate CBT can help you to re-appraise the situation in a supportive and non-judgemental space.
She welcomes clients from all backgrounds and offers a warm, supportive and flexible approach.
Skye offers counselling in English and Lithuanian.
Skye works with a range of issues including:
- Suppressed emotions
- Attachment trauma
- Low self-esteem

- Parenting difficulties

A great deal of what adversely affects mental health is a self-critical mind-set we often learn in childhood. Therapy can create a safe and confidential space for you to explore the origins of the inner-critic, make friends with that part of you, and develop a more compassionate way of thinking, which will ultimately have a positive influence on your feelings and behaviour.
