She welcomes clients from all backgrounds and offers a warm, supportive and flexible approach.

Languages

Skye offers counselling in English and Lithuanian.

Skye works with a range of issues including:

  • Anxiety
  • Inner-critic
  • Suppressed emotions
  • Attachment trauma
  • Low self-esteem
  • Low mood
  • Divorce
  • Parenting difficulties
  • Stress
  • Relationship issues
  • Adjustment to major life events
  • Addiction
  • Postnatal depression/ anxiety
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Disordered eating

A great deal of what adversely affects mental health is a self-critical mind-set we often learn in childhood. Therapy can create a safe and confidential space for you to explore the origins of the inner-critic, make friends with that part of you, and develop a more compassionate way of thinking, which will ultimately have a positive influence on your feelings and behaviour.
