About Rosina
Rosina is a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who will work compassionately with you to help you reconnect with the feelings of joy, connection, safeness and purpose that can be masked by mental health difficulties. Her ethos is to inspire wellbeing, and she is passionate about empowering you with recovery-based skills you can carry throughout your life.
Rosina has a special interest in trauma and neurodiversity and is a neuroaffirmative therapist with both personal and professional experience of neurodivergence. She has specialist training in adapting therapy for neurodivergent clients, including Adapted EMDR for Neurodivergent Clients and ACT for ADHD, and is committed to offering a flexible, non-judgmental space where your brain is understood and respected — not pathologised.
She has over 20 years’ experience of helping people with a wide variety of issues and from different cultures and backgrounds, gained within the NHS, across inpatient and specialist crisis services, and in a renowned private clinic for addiction rehabilitation in the Netherlands.
Her additional training includes compassion focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and EMDR (EMDR Europe Association approved).
Rosina reserves a few concessionary places for those on a low income — please do ask if this applies to you.

Training and Experience:
Rosina has 19 years’ experience of helping people with a wide variety of issues and from different cultures and backgrounds. Her experience has been gained within the NHS, across in-patient and specialist crisis services and in a renowned private clinic for addiction rehabilitation in the Netherlands. She has additional training in a range of evidence-based treatments, including compassion focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, clinical hypnosis and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Rosina has also completed a EMDR Europe Association approved training in EMDR.
Professional Bodies:
Rosina is an accredited therapist with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and is also registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) and adheres to their code of ethics.
