About Sarah

Dr Sarah Luczaj is a  person-centred counsellor with over 20 years of experience, who also offers focusing (a gentle, bodily-based technique that can help when words are not enough) and is also inspired by creative and somatic approaches. Her experience with Buddhist meditation and philosophy, and as a writer, also informs her work. She values respect, openness, creativity and flexibility.

Sarah spent 13 years working as a counsellor in Poland, in a women’s centre and in private practice, and has counselled online, via Zoom and via email.

If you feel stuck or hopeless about any situation in your life then counselling, a confidential non-judgemental relationship with a professional who is present and honest with you, can help you to find a way forward.

Sarah has particular experience concerning:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma
  • Inter-cultural issues
  • Neurodiversity
  • Unblocking situations or creative processes that seem stuck

Sarah offers counselling in English and Polish.
