About Sarah
Dr Sarah Luczaj is a person-centred counsellor with over 20 years of experience, who also offers focusing (a gentle, bodily-based technique that can help when words are not enough) and is also inspired by creative and somatic approaches. Her experience with Buddhist meditation and philosophy, and as a writer, also informs her work. She values respect, openness, creativity and flexibility.
Sarah spent 13 years working as a counsellor in Poland, in a women’s centre and in private practice, and has counselled online, via Zoom and via email.
If you feel stuck or hopeless about any situation in your life then counselling, a confidential non-judgemental relationship with a professional who is present and honest with you, can help you to find a way forward.

Training and Experience
Sarah has recently completed the following trainings: ‘Working with the
Fallout of Narcissistic Abuse’ (with Ramani Durvasula) and Certified
Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist Intensive Training (ASDCS),
Complex Trauma Certification Training Level 1 & 2 (CCTP/CCTP-II), with Janina Fisher.
Sarah is the author of Creative Regeneration (Wayward Publications, 2019). Felt Senses of Self and No-Self – the Intersections of Focusing and Buddhism, the book form of her PhD thesis, is awaiting publication.
