About Claire
Claire is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a focus on low self-esteem and confidence, anxiety, depression and panic. She offers a warm, confidential and supportive space where you can explore what is going on for you at your own pace.
She works in a collaborative, non-judgemental and genuinely empathetic way. She brings understanding, maturity, integrity and a wealth of life experience into her counselling relationships, aiming to create a space where you feel safe, heard and supported.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. With honesty, openness and your own lived experience, you and Claire can explore what is going on for you and create a realistic and meaningful plan for change.
Claire believes we all hold the potential to grow and thrive. Therapy can help you reconnect with your inner resources so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence and self-compassion.
