As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Robert offers counselling and psychotherapy services to help you feel better, stronger and healthier. Employing a range of cognitive and behavioural therapies (CBT) alongside contemporary approaches to psychotherapy, Robert can help you explore and seek solutions to areas of life you are finding difficult or challenging, be it emotional difficulties, life transitions or solving problems.
Talking to a trained counsellor about your feelings and difficulties can help you understand and process them in healthier ways and lead to feeling better about yourself, others and the future. In addition to these, trying out new ways of thinking and being can make you stronger, more resilient, see things differently and help you better relate to self and others. CBT can help you identify and evaluate unhelpful thinking patterns and ways of responding that may be stopping you from living life the way you want to.
Clients are welcome from all backgrounds and identities wishing to explore difficulties due to:

Robert is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adheres to their Code of Ethics.
Robert obtained a Diploma in CBT and Groupwork from Glasgow’s renowned Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies. He has also undertaken additional BACP-recommended training in online and telephone counselling and is now fully qualified to work this way, in addition to face-to-face counselling.
