Lee offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy by phone and online via Zoom.

Lee is a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who provides a welcoming, safe and confidential environment where you can explore your issues through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Together you can identify what is troubling you and find ways of overcoming these issues.

Many of us suffer from low mood, stress or other psychological issues from time to time when things may be difficult, or life isn’t going the way we expected. Sometimes this stress is accompanied by physical symptoms and our behaviour can also be affected, which may be why you are seeking help.

Lee has a great deal of experience working in primary care, working with clients who have a variety of issues. She has also worked in a community drug rehabilitation unit providing one-to-one counselling and group work.
